Does anyone know of a butcher in Elko where I can hang my spike while I hunt for a cow? I guess that's if I get a spike in the first place. I don't want to have to drive back to Reno just to have to return to my area for the cow hunt. I'd rather just stay out there and enjoy the outdoors...

Hello All, I just got back from 3 days up in N. Washoe. Went from Lost Creek Rd to Cherry Mtn, spent the night up on Donnelly Peak, then up north to Steven's Camp. Saw Antelope and Sheep but only a few Muleys. Speaking to the bow hunters and Antelope hunters in those areas they weren't seeing...

Do any of the hotels mentioned allow dogs? Thinking of bringing the bird dog on my cow elk hunt so we can chase birds after the elk hunt.
