After a very long awaited tag, it was over much too quickly. Big thank you to all the MM members who pointed me in the right direction.

My dad and I drew a couple cow tags and I was wondering if it made much difference to hit the opener or wait towards the end of the season? I'm leaning towards the end to hopefully catch some moisture and not compete with deer hunters. Has anyone experienced much difference either way? Thanks
