If it is supposed to be a 50:50 split between max points and everyone, why not do a coin flip before the draw for one tag hunts to see which way the one tag goes on one tag hunts? Or they could alternate years between the tag direction?

I switched from sheep to bison when I thought that 27 years ago. I wasn't lucky enough to draw anything else (15 across the board now) or the bison.

Allowing nonresidents to apply for all OIL species killed draw odds in the pool for all, especially for bison or goat. Most nonresidents would apply for sheep or moose if they had to pick one.

Last year, they sent emails out before charging cards or posting results. May 16 is the advertised results available by day.

You were in a X5B draw pool with 18 points going in last year. You can't tell from the published statistics how many are with you, but it is a few years in so it can't be that big if the largest first year and next two pools have cleared. I would stick with it.

Combining points is messed up. Making you pick one type deer tag to gain a point in each year would be ok.

They removed hunts, but they should have left the rows with hunts deleted or added in and had 0 in the appropriate column if trying to show differences between 23 approved and 24 recommended. The totals don't all match columns totals as in the document.
