Thanks for the clarification, OK remeasured from outside to outside .650-.264=.386" still pretty good in my book.

from what I understand is that you measure from center to center which was .449 then I subtract caliber which is .264 which then gives me .185".

I recently picked up Ruger M-77 in 7mm Remington Magnum and took it to our local gunsmith and had them rechamber it too a 264 Winchester Magnum. I'll have too check to see if my load I developed will work on this Rifle when I get it back

So does anybody have any info on this caliber. I was given a ruger M-77 with a 26' barrel custom made in this caliber.
