That road will be locked off by the time your hunt starts, closes Oct 31. Good area and should be holding plenty of deer that time of year but youll be walking in Don't be fooled with all the migration hype there are resident deer throughout that unit, good luck turning one up in the daylight...

Don't let the horror stories discourage you. Go prepared and enjoy the hunt. Chains are a must on all four, when in doubt put them on. Stay on the main roads and you'll be ok, even with a trailer. If the weather is real bad, park the trailer at the camp ground at the lake. AS for the youth tag...

Sounds like a bunch of bitter women. Who the hell cares if he chose not to shoot, was it your tag? From an "Average Joe" who beat some serious odd pulling a dam good elk tag in ID, im glad I can tune in and learn a bit from the guy. Great videos man, keep it up.

0 for a bunch this year. Unless AZ or ID come through and thats a shot in the dark, I only get to play guide, pack mule and driver for my dad who pulled a 67 3rd tag in CO. At least I get to get out and enjoy to all.
