What is the highest elevation have you used that at? We have used the big buddy heater around 7000' elevation and it was fine. According to Mr. Heater above 7000' it may not work. A 20# propane tank lasts for several days on a hunting trip for us.

Mine is a Mirage (TNT) side x side model. It is about a foot taller than a normal enclosed trailer. My Honda Pioneer fits in it fine. My trailer is 7'X16'

Maybe think about an enclosed trailer. All your gear is locked up and out of the weather when traveling. Unload bike or quad and it becomes your tent at camp. You can customize them with windows etc. No fabric to worry about. Mine has worked out great.

That is true. Mine came with two vents built in but we leave window cracked at night for ventilation.

I started using one last year for the first time and loved it. I got a Mirage 7'x16' side by side model. It is tall so the roll cage can clear while driving in. Cleaner than a tent and easy with no set up. I have installed more lights and insulated the ceiling for this year's trip.

Non resident and I had either 5 or 6 points.

I was able to take this Region G buck this year. We hiked in each morning 3-4 miles to hunt and it was a tough but rewarding hunt. Region G has lots of beautiful country and it was a bonus to see moose and elk also on the trip.

I have a question about the roads in Wyoming region G. We should have more than enough points to draw and are planning on hitting trailheads away from main roads that horse trailers can not drive to. How are the roads leading to the harder to reach trail heads? Will a standard 4x4 truck be ok...

Thought I would share a picture of my dads 2014 Nevada buck. He is 28.5" wide 3x3 and with the two cheaters on one side he just touched the 30" mark.

The hunt was good. We had a good time and enjoyed the country. We stayed in Pinedale and drove to hunt each day. We took two antelope on the trip. The animals were skittish and hard to get close to but it made for fun stalks. We did not see anything real big but had a good time.
