Habitat improvement and predator management is where I’d start, need to get the bears back in check (spring hunt, bring dogs back) as they’re rough on the fawns and any sort of habitat enhancement is a plus as we’re losing more and more of it by the day.

Funny you mention that, I was wondering the same thing. Checked a couple of archery hunts I’m looking at and it’s the 2022 draw stats. 🤦‍♂️

We’ll never see a change in the hunting moratorium on Mountain Lions, as others have stated, it was voted in by the citizens in 1990 and the state “voting demographic” hasn’t changed to where we’d see support for this. Go look at the comments on the DFW X page when they put out a press release...

Well they've already sold about 7K B zone tags. Safe to assume a lot of people will put it down as a second or third choice on their draw card. It'll be interesting to see if it doesn't get filled out of the draw..........
