Folk's, keep one thing in mind. SFW today, is not SFW of the past. Some of the key players that were in on starting the Expo, making key decisions within SFW, influencing key DWR decisions have moved on to other adventures. A few are still there, maybe not with as much influence as the past...

Sorry, I'm not really up to date on this hot topic. I stopped attending the Expo about 4 years ago. So, is the Expo and DWR actually being investigated? If yes, investigated by whom?

I was thinking of building a new rifle, a 7 STW. I am told this caliber is only good for about 700 rounds thru it, then the barrel is shot out. Has anyone had this rifle caliber before. What is your opinion? Thanks!!

I was just looking for feedback from those who have hunted the Stansbuury/LE Elk unit over the last 3 years. Espically, the late hunt. I have heard thru others that this unit has droped off a bit for quality over the last few years. Anyone had this Elk tag lately!!

Dont worry, you will have a great hunt. A friend of mine has spent alot of time there over the years. He had two friends hunt this unit last year on the early hunt. One took a 340 Bull, the second took a 360 Bull. Be advised, I think there is atleast 1 CWMU down there,...or some private propety...

Yes, I have 1 co-worker this happened to. Also, a friend lost 2 Elk points some how. They asked for reciepts for payment from years past. Who keeps reciepts for 5-10 years. You had better print off your points after every draw each year.
