I helped my cousin on a deer hunt in Utah this last season, and my buddy just finished mounting it for him. He told me to post it up, so we could see what everybody thought.

Here is a picture of one of the other bucks we got, I dont have a picture of the other one on this computer, but it was also a three point similar to the size of this one, except split on the back.

Yeah they are pretty dark, when I shot this buck, he hadnt finished rubbing off. So I had the taxi scrap the rest of the velvet, and stain them, I have always loved the look of dark antlers, and I like to think he would have ended up with some dark antlers, as he made his home in the pines.

There are lots of second choice hunts you can draw if you dont mind hunting with a bow!

I saw a bull elk three years ago on a southern Utah unit that seemed nearly fully grown on may 31st. 6 points on each side.

We took Kayaks down the escalante river this last summer, and we found this shed on the river bank. We saw a few deer, but nothing packing anything like this.
