Only the ram tags are OIL. You can draw a ewe tag even after having had an OIL ram tag and it's possible to draw a ewe tag more than once.

Nope. That ram is too young. I've seen too many hunters, apparently out of desperation or pressure to fill a coveted tag, shoot something that later they regret. This would be one of those situations.

Here in New Mexico the order prohibits gatherings of more than 5 people. That's right...5. We have 4 kids. That means technically my family is in violation any and every time we step outside together.

I did the same as many of you. A quick Google search on Mr. Whitehead reveals that he appears to be a person looking for some reason to be offended. I read part of his case against LANL and it was ridiculous. Still not really happy about having the info released, but I understand why they did it.
