Traveling with my family next week, wondering if anyone local can share fishing info.. we are staying in a cabin right on the river... is there any fishing in that river? If so, what types of fish? My 12 yo is crazy about fishing and can stay occupied for days .. thanks in advance for any info...

I would be interested for my 12 y.o. and in a few years, for my younger kids as they hit 12.. I'd buy 3 if this was a limited run of this type... to me, its an insurance policy due to kiddos tending to lose things...

Took the family up mirror lake highway to 9500 feet.. it was 47 degrees and 2 inches of snow.... we sure do need some cold Temps and a lot of snow up there... but, it sure made for a great outing with the little ones in tow...
