Well as many know been kind of a crappy year for the Nebo Elk tag--with 5 weekends spent scouting, must of that area is burned. Turned to plan D or E (can remember now), and headed out again for the last of the rifle. The girls had a late night with a dance fundraiser and birthday but got them...

No worries Browning, sometimes things do not translate to the paper quite the way they are in my head! My Daughter started with sheds, rabbits and sage grouse and it has been upward from there. I do also hope to be showing some great trophy pictures, but just the simple things continue to...

Got to many other things to worry about...will say I took her out over the weekend and she smacked a watermelon at 435 yards with her grandma's 270. and hit a watermelon at 355 yards with the smokepole! Now that was with a good 15 mile cross wind and NO "big bull" nerves...ha ha. We worked on...

Keeping the faith will be up there again this weekend.

Thanks! Details: 1. So I have only one tag but have the multiseason tag.. 2. Planning on early rifle, muzzy and Late season rifle. Probably a few days in each season but focus on the last of the muzzy with 4-5 days (due to her dance performances--ugh) 3. My daughter is on the mentor...

I agree many people have helped and she has never shot one so she does not care as much as her Dad that put in for 21 years for the tag..ha ha ha. Head out next weekend for 4 straight weekends of scouting. thanks to everyone that took a few minutes to help or comment! D

Same issue I am having with my Daughter--no brainer for me, but with the mentor tag I have to get Daughter and Wife--ugh!
