I have replaced several of my wood stocks with synthetic.The reason being to prevent the wood from getting further damaged. I also don’t care much for the high gloss finishes while hunting.

The peep should be positioned when you are at full draw with your extended arm parallel to the ground (flat ground surface).

I think its crap. Make it your choice; you want open sights - go for it. You want a scope - go for it. Don't need THIS regulation. Want to see more wounded animals? Here we go! Why not allow the technology if it will increase success rate and ethical harvests????

A few years back while Fall Turkey hunting I saw three bears in one evening. The first was black - around 400lbs. When I saw him he was about 15 yards away from me in an arroyo. I cocked my sidearm and told him to go away. He did. I've never seen an animal of that size run out of an arroyo and...

This would probably be my first choice caliber for a speed goat; either this or 6.5 cm. Unfortunately, I do not have those calibers in my collection (yet)!

My wife and I both drew Pronghorn hunts in August. I am debating whether to shoot 7mm rem mag or 30-06. My wife will shoot her .308. Question is this: I intend on loading rounds. I was thinking 120gr for the 7mm mag and 125gr for the 30 calibers. Any thoughts?
