How come I hardly ever see Deer in Taylor Park after September? Two years in a row we have yet to see at least one buck? If you go down into Gunnison, they are all over the place. Do they move down early every year?

Last year I hunted 1st combined season in Taylor Park / Unit 55. After 5 days we had not even seen a single mule deer. We had to go down the valley into Gunnison before we saw any mulies. We did however harvest some elk near Taylor Park. Does anyone have an idea why we did not see any deer at...
