I have an e-mail from a gentleman named Bob at the Colorado DOW, that says that muzzleloaders with peep sight are not legal. I would rather use one, but if they are not legal I must follow the rules.

With regards to deer, elk, and sheep. Which States allows you to collect points without having to buy a license. If a licenses is required what are the typical rates for non-resident hunters. Trying to find a cheap way to start compiling points for the future. Thanks for the information.
