The Game and Fish probably figure it's a whole lot easier to listen to several hundred non-residents complaining from afar, than listen to several hundred of their own complaining from within. That or maybe they're going to raise the resident license fees to make up the difference in monies...

As a Non-Resident what type of license do you need too shoot coyotes.
