NV Bonus Points in our DOW account?

Do the Bonus Point totals in our NV portal acct reflect 2023 purchased points during last years draw or do they need to be updated for the 2024 draw?

I wasn't really sure, I keep a spreadsheet with all the different states I've applied to with cust #, Hunters Ed #, bonus/pref pts etc for each state. When I update with the new changes to my points I change the date in the Update column. Nevada had 2022 in the update column and showed 16 NR points. So I wasn't sure if I updated the points for 2023 but not the date I made the changes. I was wondering if 16 points would give me a reasonable chance in the Guide deer draw in 2024. It looks to be starting out as another good moisture year. What do you guys think?
