I have been succesful in drawing for a muzzleloader deer hunt in New Mexico Unit 13. Any information would be greatly appreciated. The hunt is Oct 29th thru Nov 2nd. Thanks

Thanks, for the hint. How has your success rate been? Ive taken a few scouting trips to the conservation & wilderness area off of Hiway 117. Seen some elk and a couple of deer. Thier a alot of area down there. Some wide open and some thick juniper and pinon. Looks like their might even be some mountain lion in the area. Good luck hope to see you out there. I'll be in a GP Small army tent with a green dual flat bed truck

I WILL BE HUNTING DOWN RD10 CLOSE TO H BAR H RANCH.YOUR RIGHT ABOUT CATS, THEY ARE THERE.HAVE GOT SOME BACKSTRAPS OUT OF THERE,GOOD EATING LOL HOPE TOO SEE YOU. WILL HAVE FRIG FULL OF CERVEZA,THATS BEER,BIG FREEZER FOR THE BACKSTRAPS,AND PLENTY OF POWDER FOR THE SMOKEPOLE.HOPE TOO SEE YOU,GOOD LUCK

Look towards the Sawtooth Mountains. A lot of private land in the near vicinity, but skirt theses areas for the chance at a good buck. Best of Luck!
