Idaho 2nd chance

I was just wondering if anybody put in for the unclaimed tags here in Idaho. I already drew unit 41 for deer and didn't get my elk draw so I put in for one of the unclaimed tags in unit 44 for antelered elk. Anybody else willing to give up $6.50 bucks for a 2nd chance tag?

I too have fallen victim to this scam. Normal odds are 1 in 10 or so for "pretty good" hunts in idaho. Now that there's one left over tag in some of these "pretty good" units, fish and game will get 200-300 suckers like me to drop another $6.50 into their pockets. Now we have 1 in 200 odds. Take this on several dozen leftover tags and that'll buy a few new trucks.

My opinion is that they should re-draw from the original applicants and give to one of them and not charge us the additional $$$. But whatever.

my 12yr. old son drew one of the three deer tags for 45, out of almost 500 people, I should have taken him to buy a power ball! my buddy drew the late hunt so looks like Ill be spending a lot of time in those lowlands.
