Has anyone been scouting unit 50 in Idaho? Are there some good bucks? How about elk?

Shedhunter3, try the southern part of the unit,i.e. Cherry creek, high, tree line. There hard to find early. there is a spring high on the south side of shelly mtn. where you can see into Alder creek, I screwed up more than once chassing elk, and bumbed some good bucks. Late hunt is the one you want but only 10 tags. elk, are everywhere. muldoon creek had 3 good bulls taken last year with a bow. some of the horse guys like cherry, smiley mtn. or antelope cr. on the corner going to iron bog.
