I know that a lot of you are getting ready for your highcountry hunts.

I love hunting muleys at timberline. Here's picture from a hunt a couple of years ago.

So, if you haven't already purchased your own "Never Enough Western Big Game" DVD, here's another chance to win one free!

They are available here-

http://www.monstermuleys.com/cgi-bin/store/store.pl?page=neverenough

www.neverenoughbiggame.com

and at most sporting goods dealers.

This one may be a bit harder than most. Ofcourse I always think it's gonna take you guys a while and someone nails it right off the bat:)

Here's the deal. The first guy to name where I was standing (it's a well known area) when I took this picture will win a "Never Enough Western Big Game" DVD.

Like many of you I'll be doing some hunting this week. So, if I'm not around when the answer is given, the DVD will obviously go to the first guy to name the spot.

Good luck!

NvrEnuf-

Close!!! I thought you'd be on the mountain in Colorado chasing some real deer around???

I'm looking for an exact location-such as "Noseeumm Ridge, Widow Maker Peak, Wooly Maget Basin, etc....."

Looks like I finally got one that may take a day or two:)

C'mon now surely you can afford $17.00 for a fairly good DVD:)

As far as a new place to hunt-have at it. The last year I was there the parking areas looked like a Walmart parking lot:)

Some pretty dang good guesses, I'm beeing really picky with this one:)

Wagner Pass in Wyoming. I should probably just order the dvd but am holding out till Christmas or if I can win one of these contests.

Prism, my CO tag is for 3rd season so I still have a while to go. Trying to stay interested here in UT is proving to be fairly difficult this year. Man the big bucks got hammered last year! I sure hope we don't get any snow for the muzz or rifle hunts again. I don't know if we could handle a mess like that back to back.

Thanks for letting us play the game again and for finally coming up with one that might actually last more than 25 seconds! :)

Ridgrunner, I know gas is expensive right now and times are kind of tough so I'll tell you a little secret. If you're wife won't let you buy the DVD here's another option. Just go to Sportsman's, pull up one of their fold out camp chairs and watch it there! If you're chilly just grab one of their sleeping bags, unzip it and wrap up in that. What??!! I'm not saying that I did it! I just heard from someone else that you could do it if you wanted to... :)

Ridgerunner,

One of these days you my just win one:) I'm gonna say no more than three guesses per person on this one. So make your next one count!:)

As far as the Utah deer situation I agree that things are in pretty bad shape-atleast around here.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Why can't Utah look at what is happening in Colorado right now and go HUH maybe we should pull our heads out and start to manage our deer herds like that!!!!

Last year on the opening morning of the rifle hunt I was with a Utah DWR conservation officer. I asked him what affect the snow storm would have on hunter success. He said it should lower it because hunters couldn't get to the bucks in the higher country. Well we all know that was the WRONG ANSWER. Sometimes you gotta wonder........

I'm all for micromanagement of Utah's deer units. The days of whoring out the Cache, and NE region and about everywhere else should of ended long ago.

That being said let's keep the post on someone winning a dang DVD:)

Uh , not NM , YEAH , I WIN !!! You can't say I'm wrong , right? Got up this morning at 4a.m. and watched it again , then at 5 my little 7 year old joined me on the couch , we shared a mild cup of joe and talked about our hunts together . Thanks for a great dvd , could you please put a rush on the "to be continued" version !!!Man , Jan. is soooooo freakin far from now !!! My bow-tech is diled in ,I just shoot and shoot some more .....O.k. , now I'm babling ,,,gotta get...NMHUNTNUTT

I'm out on this one, but will stick around to see the answer, great looking country, I swear its in Wyoming, but I haven't been to CO or UT so maybe its there too. I'll get the dvd, its just a matter of time, that was a funny idea though about Sportsman's warehouse, too bad I don't have one within a 2 hour drive of my place.

Wow, I'm amazed that nobody has gotten this one yet:) Must all be up in the hills hunting or scouting.

Here's a deal if any of you want to buy the DVD. I've got a DVD that has a cracked case. There's nothing wrong with the DVD, just the case it's in. The next guy to order the DVD from the www.neverenoughbiggame.com website will get 2 DVDs, the one you buy and the one with the cracked case.

The second DVD will go to the next guy to order-so there's no way for me to guarantee that it may be you, but I will try to let you all know ASAP that it's gone.

I know it isn't a big deal, but it's 2 DVDs for the price of one:) For somebody anyways....

First come first served.....

Where's all the stories from Wyoming???

If you do purchase the DVD let us know on this post so guys know that the second DVD is gone ASAP.

Superstition Mountains in AZ unit 24B?

Sorry to get it so quick, I already have the video so you can give it to the second place guy!

Ok Paul, this one is pretty tuff and since you are looking for a certain place I'm going to give everyone a couple of clues from your previous posts to help them out.

"Good luck in Wyoming boys! Gotta love G and H ;)"

"Where are all of the good stories from Wyoming?"

Good luck guys!!!

Prism, is this in the Tetons?

I believe on the South end by the pass with the paved road going over it. Possibly called Atlantic Basin.

Muddy ridge in Wyoming I saw that parking lot a couple years ago.

The game is still alive and well. Good luck! I must say that someone is sooooo freaking close it isn't funny:)

Some pretty good guesses, but not quite.

BTW-I no longer have the DVD with the cracked case.

Since this one has almost gone on for a month, I'm going to give you guys another hint even though Paul may not like it..Ha.

Woodbutcher is very close on one of his guesses. Last time I was up there with Paul he had his "velcro" gloves out and ready for action!!! If you get that little joke it should be a big hint.

Good Luck Guys!!

whoops, I already made 3 guesses, sorry.

Torch, are you talking WoodButcher was close in the Name, or Close by in the Location?

Alright, after some extensive internet research...Here's my last guess.

Wolf Mountain-WY?

Well...you guys got the "velcro" joke, but no one has been able to guess where it is. Bonehead wasn't too far off with his guess. If you are familiar with that country or pull out a big enough map of that general area, then you should be able to find it!!

Thats all of the help that I'm giving you guys. I think someone will get it fairly quick now. Good Luck!!

Prism, just sent you a PM.

I know the answer, but GRRRRrrrr... already guessed 3 times!

Well, once the winner has watched the DVD, mind passing it on to me, as I really wanted to win this one!!

Michael~All Gods creatures welcome... right next to the mashed potatoes and gravy.

Game over boys!!! The pic is taken right at Sheep Pass looking south. Neat country, but the last time I was there it was a ZOO. The trailhead looked like something you'd see at Walmart.

Congrats to the winner!:)

BTW-I hate sheep, but some of the herders are kind of cute-hahahaha.

Sweeeeeet!!!!!

After all of the great things I've heard about this DVD, I'm excited to get a copy.

Thanks for sponsoring these contests, Prism. I'll PM you my contact information.

SureShot, I'm not sure if you got my hint or not. But congrats!!

"ming PASSING it on to me" ???

Michael~All Gods creatures welcome... right next to the mashed potatoes and gravy.

Michael,

Sorry, I didn't notice your hint. But, I did just recently receive the DVD and had a chance to watch it. I really enjoyed it. I can't believe how long it is...much longer than most hunting videos.

Sureshot,

Glad you liked the DVD. I'm in Wyoming right now filming some hunts for Vol. 2. We're really roughing it up here:)
