Arizona??

I was lucky enough to make it out to AZ for the opener and a few extra days. Saw a few young ones but chose to pass. Maybe I will make it back in the winter. Best of luck to everybody!

I was up there too!! I saw a couple for 4x's,3x's and such. Nothing really worth shooting. I saw one deer hanging around three lakes and it was a whopper. It was a six inch spike:7. One of my buddies from california missed a good one the first morning and another friend missed at a 6x. My good friend andy missed a 5x opening day as well. Everybody and there mother set up there ground blinds and stands right next to my pop-up trailor so my set up was pretty much ruined!! Anyhow, Ill be there again next year. If some of you monster muley fans from AZ want to get together for a big pow wow let me know!!!

I didnt get to scout much up there this year the only time I was In AZ was back around christmas. I had seen two real nice ones but wasnt able to locate them durring the season. there is along time between December and August who knows where they are. But I know what you meen I saw a whopper of a spike near Flagstaff. I saw a real nice # pointer but that was the problem he only had one side. Maybe next year. Blacknight what area do you normaly hunt?

I hunt kaibab, flagstaff, prescott, seligman, the rim and some areas in 39,40 and 41.

I usually hunt around the Flagstaff area also. I have always wanted to hunt the kaibab but if I am going to do it I want to have at least two weeks to hunt but with being in the army I cant get the time. After I get out I will do some seriouse hunting.
