Ruby's Late Rifle Hunt

LAST EDITED ON Oct-20-05 AT 03:54PM (MST)[p]OK... so I have drawn a hunt that seems to depend on weather to bring the deer out of the ruby's high country. It's not looking good this year for that, but what I'm wondering about is what factors usually cause the pre-rut activities to kick in. I think normally the pre-rut begins around the 1st week of november....?
