It may be a little early but i am trying to figure out where my once in a life time elk hunt will be. I thought i was going this year but 14 pepole switched to the books and i was one of 4 with 11 pts who did not draw so Here is my ? I have 12 pts for utah i know the books fairly well and am sure i could get a 330 class bull out of there. I know there are bigger but that is standard for there imo. There are also other units in utah i can draw Wasatch, Panguich, manti, deep creek, fish lake, anthro, dutton, Or the roadless with a muzzey,Ive also heard that the late hunts on the dutton, san juan and beaver can be good. I am not opposed to hiring an outfitter so if any one would like to share any info on any of these choices let me know thanks.
