Hey guys, I have a question for everyone. I'm usually an archery hunter, but due to work and a new baby girl, I couldn't get out this year. My buddy called me and asked if I wanted to go up on the spike elk hunt this coming weekend, but come to find out the tags are sold out. But, he told me his brother has a tag and can't go. So my question is. Can I take that tag to the dwr and switch it to my name. I'd really appreciate any input. I'm dying having not been able to hunt at all.
