However, if we want to go back until 16 years old.
It is 96 minimum.
I will get 71 with my goat permit bird, but I am hunting elk this year. Yes, I am cocky. Feels pretty damn good knowing that I am on my way elk hunting monster Utah bulls. Just figure one less tag for you losers to try for.
My disclaimer is if something can go wrong it will. Or, they won't give me a tag until they don't have anyone else to give it to.
