I havent posted a picture of my tiger muskie yet. I took it down to clean it and thought I would share it. I cought this fish several years ago before every one and their dog were fishing for these fish in Pineview res. It was 51 1/2" long and weighed 31 lbs. I think it is one of the best fish mounts I have ever seen. It has its real teeth, gills, fins, and skin.

I hope the picture turns out I have always had problems with them.

Great Fish and a Great mount!
I want to put some fish mounts in my trophy room, I just need to catch those lunkers!

Very nice.

Has anyone ever seen the huge marlin at the
Bass Pro in Lawrencevile (Atlanta) Georgia?
The one chasing the mahi mahi's?

That is a cool mount too.

Nice fish!!! I like the mean type of look on his face. Yeah, I hear the muskie fishing at pineview hasnt been too good the past few years. At least you got one of the big bruisers in there. Good job and great pic. :)

Here is a picture of a lure that got stuck in my face when trying to release a 36" Musky. We got it all on video. My brother in-law asked me if I needed the net. I said no I'll just release him without taking him out of the water. The fish just opened up his mouth and spit the lure right into my face. When I was trying to get the lure out it got stuck to my shirt, so my face was now stuck to my shirt. I finally took the hook off the lure and kept on fishing with the hook still stuck in my face past the barb. I had to get it removed in the emergency room several hours later. When the bite is on it is really hard to quit.

Very cool looking mount. Who did the work? My brother had the WA state record for a few years & had his mounted too. 28 pounder, It looks good but not like that. I think bass pro shops did his.

Awesome mount, Awesome cheek piercing as well! lol

I had it done about 5 to 6 years ago by a guy named Dan he owns a shop in Ogden Utah. I think it is called wilderness taxidermy. Some one at Sportmans Warehouse in Ogden that works in the fishing department could help you out if I am wrong on buisness name. Dan does a lot of tiger muskie mounts. it is pretty expensive to mount a fish this big because they charge by the inch $10-$12 dollars and inch. Extra fish like my perch cost me $75 dollars each and are also real fish with their real gills and fins. But make the whole mount more interesting. My wife and I found the wood in the provo river on a walk when she was a week away from giving birth to our first child. She looked pretty miserable carying all sorts of wood for me while I walked the bank looking for more wood. The piece on my mount was in two pieces and I screwed them together and gave it to Dan which saved me money. The whole mount is very light, it probably isnt over 10 lbs.

This picture is why you couldn't pay crimedog to floattube in Pinewview Res. Those are just downright nasty mean looking fish.

SCOTT,

See why fishing, ear piercing and booze don't work together!

Great mount... That is a Heck of a PIG! GREAT Story.
