Im still trying to figure out WTH just happened. I'm sitting at the auction at the expo hoping to buy another dutton tag right? well the premium tag comes and goes and i figure no big deal theres tons more. next thing i know the navajo indian reservation is auctioning off what they consider a governor tag for the reservation. QT looks at me and says im goin elk hunting and starts bidding on the tag. last thing i remember was fighting with her over whos name was going on the voucher. After she put me in an arm bar and choked me out i decided she could have the tag. my heads still spinning. Talk about coming outa nowhere and blindsiding u. im still trying to figure everything out. no more auctions for qtpie! OMG! lol

first of all...he is such a liar! i did not choke him out....that was like totally a month ago when that happened...i did however bid on a tag without talking about it first...it was an impulse buy, a good deal i couldnt pass...i was jst bidding on it for him,originally. then when they brought the paper work i just couldnt put his name on there. truth is i really want to hunt a big bull too...i just never allow myself, till now i guess. he can go next year...lol

At least an elk tag didnt take you for half of everything you own. A D-vorce on the other hand could get costly.

wheels. she paid 7k for it. i couldnt blame her for that. that auction was empty, hardly any bidders. it was crazy. they sold a wyoming governor tag for deer (lce said it was a gov any species tag) at the same auction and it went for 9k. the wyoming antelope gov tag went for under 3k. every tag at the auction was cheap considering. heck, i know lots of guys on the mm site that spend over 6k per year just applying for tags in different states. i said screw it and didnt apply for anything other than my home state. the money i saved more than pays for qt's tag. god i hope she gets a giant. u guys should have seen the auction last night. a guy at our table bid the utah gov deer tag up to $250,000 and lost it to some other guy who won it for $265,000! thats insane. another guy bought a flag for 20k and someone else paid $110,000 for a henry's deer tag. i coulda paid my house off for that kinda money.
