NM Outfitter Tags

Does anyone know of any outfitters in NM that provide a service for putting in with them, yet not require you to use them. For example, you pay them $X to use their number on your application, yet don't have to use them if you draw? Can you do this?

Any reputable outfitter would not to that. NM G&F requires specific contractual arrangement. Consult with NM G&F Outfitter Registrar.
