Cache, Meadowville archery...HELP!...

Ok, I figured we wouldn't draw so I went ahead and put my brother and I in for a unit he said he'd "heard" some pretty good things about. Well, we drew. Now, I go to look at the boundaries of this unit I know NOTHING about and find that the unit is mostly private and that folks who apply for the unit should work it out with the landowners BEFORE applying. So, yes, I did things blindly and out-of-order. My first (and only) thought was to come to the fountain of knowledge and see if anyone here has ANY tips or connections. PM's **greatly** appreciated. Or, just shoot me and get it over with.

There were actually left over tags for this unit last year becuase not enough people put in for it. There is ALOT of private property.
Get a hold of "Woodruffhunter", he knows the area pretty well and might know some land owners over that way too.

I think your best bet would be to turn the tag back in.

I would Call Clint Kearl if I were you. Most of the unit is private. Be prepared to pay some trespass fees. You have potential of Shooting a really nice bull. 350-380 type if you get the right permission.
