I was just informed that we won a raffle hunt in Utah for cow elk. Units 8,9,10. for two people. I believe we can hunt towards the end of December. We were told to hunt by Vernal or hunt the bookcliffs. Never hunted Utah, or Elk, what area would you hunt & what time of year. I wish it is a mule deer hunt in bookcliffs. Thanks Mike
