Someone should be getting a tag

Someone turned in a bookcliffs roadless muzzle loader tag for next month. They just called my dad and offered him the tag. He wanted to take it, but had to tell them no. He has quite a few points and should draw soon, but could not make it work this year.

My brother and I both applied for that tag - will it go to a res or non-res. We have two other hunts so we are out also - should draw in four or five more years.

I bet it was my neighbors tag. He just turned it back in the other day. He had enough points he figured he would draw again next year and he tore something in his foot playing softball and had surgery and is on crutches for the next month or more. He figured the tag would go to someone who would be glad to get it. I hope it does, good luck to anyone with a name in still the hat.
