I've posted this in the New Mexico forum and just got my Hunt Adventure Challenge thread updated and thought I would share it here as well. Got a nice 310" 6x6, my biggest bull to date. He's going to end up on my wall as a shoulder mount.

We were hunting in some rough stuff and ended up finding 4 nice elk sheds as well. Here's a picture of the truck loaded up and headed for home.

Lots of stories on this one, I still haven't gotten them all written up and my Hunt Adventure Challenge post on this hunt alone probably takes 30 minutes to read.

The post on this hunt is #23 - http://www.monstermuleys.info/dcforum/DCForumID50/23.html

Not a monster but I thought I would share.

Good bull and congratulations. I can always tell when guys get off the beaten path by the number of sheds they find. Funny how the road hunters seldom find sheds. I am not knocking the road hunters in about 20 more years I may be one of them.

Looks like it was a great year to me... Thanks for sharing and for taking the time to do your Hunt Adventure Challenge...
Let us know about the deer- I didn't have time read all of the story with the deer pictures (Sorry)...

Well, I read every damn word of the entire adventure and I thought it was great.

You write in a clear and approachable manner. Nice Wyoming hunt and a GREAT New Mexico hunt.

Very nice Bull and a a good deal of nice sheds.

Congrats again Nathan. Great bull and outstanding sheds.
Awesome sheds to be finding this time of the year.

Sweet bull. A caping knife and saw would make that load a lot lighter. Although you were probably still running on adrenaline.

Thanks again everyone. I'm very happy with him.

The hole in the horn is pretty neat, there is something in there that is loose, like a small piece of debris got embedded in there while he was in velvet or something.

It's a no brainer on which side is the nicer side, the left side has that neat G1 with the curl, the hole in the horn and the better G5. I know he's going on the wall looking right, just not sure at how much of an angle.

Finding those sheds is always a bonus! Nice bull.
