Theres some pretty good falls near the mouth of the Crooked River that might be pretty hairy to float down.The old trail has been pretty much abandoned by the USFS, its full of windfalls from the fire. I was in that canyon a couple years ago and those gravel bars were covered with wolf tracks.--JM. Feel free to PM me if you have any more ?'s.
