My Question is about scoring a buck without an eye guard.

It says in the instructions.
If brow point is missing take h-1 and h-2 at smallest place between burr and g-2.

Do you take two measurements ant that point or just take one at that point and add it to the sheet?

The smallest measurement between the burr and g-2 would be used for both the H-1 and H-2 circumference measurements; one measurement used twice.
