I also posted this same message in the CO section of this forum. I am looking for some help for a CO archery OTC elk unit for a backup plan just in case we don't draw a permit. This will be a DIY hunt for a buddy and me. We have done a DIY hunt in NM twice and we aren't afraid to get off the beaten track and do what it takes to find elk. We aren't asking for anyone to give up a hot spot and we aren't looking to kill a monster unless of course one happens to cross are paths. Please help us to find a good unit that has a high potential for us finding elk.
