Wyoming HMA Unit 7 questions

Can anyone please explain briefly how HMA's in Wyoming work. I live in MT and drew a Unit 7 elk tag. I have heard about HMA's but not sure if they are similar to Montana's Block Management Program. Specifically, when is the application process and can you apply for more than one? Also, does anyone know what HMA in Unit 7 would be considered the best.

Any help on this or Unit 7 is appreciated.

Go to the public access link on the WGFD web page. It explains the HMA program and application/access process. It is similar to block management in that it provides public access to private and landlocked public lands.
