Can anyone help out a friend who has the 3rd season tag for unit 70.
I'm feelin bad cause I can't tag along so he's alone. Any advice? Weather, Quality, General Locations?
I got my first cow this year 1st season the first 30 mintues of daylight in unit 70.
After talking to the DOW officer, the elk tend to move from south to north as the season progresses. He told me they move towards the Lone Cone area later in the season. There are literally elk all over the place down there, so he shouldn't have a problem.
