significant snow storm is taking shape over central Colorado this morning. Snow, heavy at times, has been developing, as a storm system deepens and pulls in colder air. Winds will begin to increase over the area as well, and this in combination with the snow, will result in blizzard conditions in a few locations. Blizzard and winter storm warnings have been posted for parts of central Colorado through today. During the afternoon, the storm system will begin to move into the central Plains, allowing temperatures to warm over Colorado. This will result in snow mixing with, and changing over to rain in a few spots, before ending later today.
