hehehehe All right I thought I would let you guys stew on this one a little bit. Oh yeah this buck is real all right but it wasnt killed by me, and everything in this photo is real including the leaning trees (damn windy here in Montana) ect... no photo shop here. The only thing is this buck is about 30 years old, it does have an old Montana game tag on it. I am doing a photo shoot for bass pro shops, we hiked up to some avalanche chutes to shoot some action shots for the magazine and when we were done I made them take a photo of me holding this deer trophy style. Here is a little stat on this absolute pig, for one the photo really doesnt do it justice. It is 43" to the outside!!! I didnt get to throw a complete tape on it but those forks are HUUUUUGE! and the main beams where almost as long as the bow in the picture. Here comes the sad part, I begged and pleaded with the art director for Bass Pro to let me buy those things, but it was out of his hands, these antlers actually where sitting on a shelf in a huge wharehouse probably never to be seen again, anyway hope you all enjoyed the photos, and sorry if I got your blood pumping a little.
