Sonora Mexico Outfitters

Have any of you ever hunted in Old Mexico with Mick Chapel's outfit? I believe he's based in New Mexico but also runs a guide service in Sonora. Also, my group has the opportunity to hunt any of the four weeks in January 2007. When is the rut historically at it's peak? Are certain weeks usually better than others? Thanks for any info.

I believe Mick has Richie Hogan run his Mexico hunts and if that's the case you can't do any better. Richie really knows big animals and works hard for his clients. Can't go wrong. I have hunted with him many times.
