went for a hike this am, lookin' to see if the elk are movin' down yet. saw this little bugger bout' 1/4 mile away, on the run towards me. he just kept gettin' closer and closer. finally at about 15 yards, he figured it out. me thinks he thinks i'm a doe...

little further up in the timber, i ran into this fellow...his neck was a little bigger....glad he didn't decide to 'check me out'...
