A buddy of mine jumped him over a week ago. No limp as he split. No shot opportunity. Only Ass and Antlers going through the trees. I tracked him for over 4 hours the next day and he led me into the thickest jungle of timber imaginable. I'm sure he was just toying with me.
Been seeing a crapload of bucks this year. This weekend is the end. Might finally dump a 180 class dink on Sunday instead of letting them walk. But who knows, maybe I'll find ol' MnT before last light. Either way it has been one awesome season. After this weekend I'll take a few weeks to recoup and then I'll be out chasing lions for my winter fun. ;)

The rut was over weeks ago. In the area where MnT lives it normally is the classic 'Wham Bam Thank ya Mam' 4-5 days and then the big boys hit the thick crap to rest up. Makes for a tuff late season. But we are still having fun regardless.

Boy oh Boy I'm a little confused DANA , On Huntingbc.ca you said it was all a joke , you guys never even saw Mass N Trash, let alone shot at him and injured him.
Which is it, did you see him? or are you just messin with every one on MM's as well.

Wannabe or Player? If you read that thread it was pretty much a bunch of wannabes who can't seem to get their head's out of their asses so I decided to have a little fun with them. If you actually believed that then you should have believed me when I said we didn't even leave camp and just drank beer all day thinking of ways to mess with the tools on HBC. ;)

Man, I'm thinkin' I might actually kill something this weekend. Having seen well over 40 bucks over 165 this year, it's time to bring something home now ain't it? I know, I know, Go Big or Go Home. Well I still have standards and I wouldn't kill a little dink like that one you killed. Damn, even though it's got 6 inch mass measurements, it still has milk on it's lips. :) :)

There are never any guarantees so there is a good chance I'll be choking down tag soup for dinner on Sunday night. But, it's hard to be discouraged when I've had a season like this one. Our week from Hell in Muley Heaven is one of the highlights.

BCboy, dont waste your ammo on a 180 chili buck. If its not a 200"+ pisscutter let it walk, unless, ofcourse you need the protien.
 
Thats right Steve. Its 200+ or bust. Find MassnTrash or another 200+ buck.

Far from a wannabe and for sure no player. I would say I'm as dedicated to muley hunting as you and your group of guys are.

I figured you were just messin with the boys on hbc, I just wanted to be sure.

I'm a local to the river of blue even talked to ya a few times in the bush hunting in the same area as I .
