A guy at my work put a picture on my desk when I was in California. The picture says this is how we grow them in Canada.
He just started with us and is from Canada. It also said in the note that his best friends Dad killed this buck and it gross scores 250" 5x5 typical. It was killed on Nov 15, 2006. If it is not a hoax it would be the new world record. It looks like it is bigger than the Burris buck but I am always skeptical when someone tells me they saw or killed a 200" buck, but this picture looks like a world class deer. The horns are still attached to the buck and it is a field kill shot photo. I hope it is Legit.

When He gets back from England and I get the whole story I will post the real pictures for you guys.

I need to talk to him in person before I post anything. I also want to get the story from the horse?s mouth and post the best quality picture I can get. I won't be able to talk to him until he gets home in a few days. Stay tuned!

He won't be allowed to post it on monster muleys. All pics of 250" typical bucks are property of the QUEEN!

I'd be willing to bet that it is probably the same guy who built that 400 inch muley a couple of years ago and posed with it on a caped head. The same guy did the same thing with a so-called World Record Whitey as well. He's from Alberta and must have wayyyy to much time on his hands. ;)

That's a 5x5 typical huh ??

Maybe its just me, but I don't think it would even go 250 NT. Hell of a lifetime Buck, though!!

:( Somebody didn't like bouncing betty :(

LAST EDITED ON Dec-10-06 AT 01:48PM (MST)[p] That is not the buck I am talking about. I am talking about a 5x5 typical. The buck I am talking about has 1.5? eye guards, huge main beams, deep forks, lots of mass, extremely tall and is 32"-36" wide. I know buy loking at the photo it wont net 250" because of the deductions. I won't post a picture without his permission and I especially won't post a crappy picture without the facts so it can be ripped apart. In fact when I see the original photo I will be the first to check out its credibility. I am just as suspicious as everyone else on this sight when it comes to big bucks, especially bucks of this caliber. I want to talk to this guy and get the story. He just started with us and I don't know anything about him other than he likes to hunt big bucks and is from Canada.

So has it been measured at 250", or did somebody walk up to his truck at a gas station and say that it would score 250?

I know the BC score system, I also know that I've never heard anyone say, "I shot a 5 point typical."

No matter what, at least we got a picture of a nice buck on here. That one is a DANDY for sure. Can't wait to see the one in question though. It sounds like a true monster.

Dont hold your breath, if there's a picture of a buck that nets 250 typical it's a fake or my names tony. . . LOL - really, I cant wait either, but a 250 buck would smash the burris buck by 25"!

After several attempts to get a quality picture of this buck I have given up. I took this photo with my phone camera of a grainy computer printed photo that was left on my desk.
I was told this deer was 35 to 37 inches wide. I was also told it scored 250?. I gave it a 21-22" ear tip to tip from the other photos I had and I would say it is at least 34" wide.
I no it wont score as high as I was told. I have looked at it next to a friend of mines buck that grossed 200" and it is quit a bit bigger. This buck also has at least 6 to 7 inches broken off his left g4. Its left g3 and g2 are hard to see in the photo but they are more massive than the right side. There is also a sledgehammer holding the deer?s head up to compare the mass to. The buck is a big buck but nowhere near as big as I was told.

Dude, that buck is a chili buck. If that buck grosses 200 I'll kiss the ugliest girl in Kalifornicated. It might be wide but, look at that thing. Hell, lots of us have passed on dinks like that! But, thanks for posting.

Time I eat crow. When I looked at the photo on my desk the first time I was in a hurry to catch a plane. I should have taped the photo before I passed on BS I was told from some one I just started working with. I usually don't do this.
This Photo is a horrible photo. I wish I could have gotten a better one. He did give me other photos of different posses but they are also crap. The mass on this deer is close to 6? and holds it all of the way up.
Just using a scale and measuring it as good as I can and also comparing it to other big deer I have photos of I come up with.
34? inside spread
Right side Left side
1? g1 1? g1
29? main beam 26? main beam
15? g2 15? g2
12? g3 12? g3
13? g4 7? g4
h1 6? h1 6?
h2 6? h2 6?
h3 5? h3 6?
h4 11? h4 5?

98? 84?

98+84+29? inside spread=211? gross its too bad it has at least 5 to 6 inches of horn broken off the left g4.

I am usually within a couple of inches of score either way looking at photos. I would have pulled the trigger without a question.
Sorry about all the BS Hype.

I think you need to reajust your numbers there big time. All of them. LOL! The one that really makes me laugh is the 11 inch H measurement.

Like I said, if this buck is 200 gross I'll eat Bobcatbess's clitty litter. hehe
