Below zero buck

Here is my 2006 buck I shot the last week in Nov @ -30 F (C) in central BC. I shot the deer at dusk about an hour from camp so was not able to skin out immediately. The deer was frozen solid within 4 hours and I had to wait 4 days before it was thawed enough to skin out. No field shots due to my camera along with everything else I owned being frozen solid.

If we're not supposed to eat animals, why are they made of meat?

That was certainly a nasty little cold snap we had wasn't it? Looks like a great end of season buck. Congrats to ya for stickin' it out in the cold when most hunters would have just given up.
