Oak Creek South Help

Hey guys my 75 year old neighbor came over yesterday dejected from his experience on the Oak Creek South hunt. He has been waiting forever for his chance to hunt a LE unit for elk. The sad part is he has had heart issues for the last few months and so he wasn't able to do much scouting. When I heard he drew this tag I was nervous for him as I knew it would not be an easy hunt even without the heart issues.
To sum up, this is most likely his last chance to hunt elk on one of these types of units and I would love to help him find a bull or at least where to look but I know next to nothing about this unit other than it has low elk numbers and it can be tough going. He came to me for advice but honestly I don't know what to tell him.
I am wondering if anyone out there can give me some ideas of where to have him go that would be his best chance of finding a bull. At this point I know he won't be picky on bulls.

Any pointers or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I would say 90% of the tag holders on that unit need help.

Being 75 years old he put in for the worst unit in the state!

I couldn't agree more..he drew the worst tag given his situation. I hinted that he should turn it back in and try for a higher percentage unit..He said he had help so I left it at that.

I hunted my butt off for 14 days and saw 3 elk. Feel free to call me if you want 801-494-9977. But it is like a 4 hour hike to where I saw the elk, so dont know if he is up for that.
