Big Bull taken by my daughter

Stevi my daughter took this nice bull this last Friday in AZ. First shot stopped him and second shot dropped him. So proud of her. We had a blast glassing and scouting together. It all paid off.

We had a 390 spotted up until the Wednesday before the hunt but he disappeared over a ridge that night and never returned. She was happy to take this one. I have a video I will post later.

For "GOSH" Sakes,We got "TARDS" on this Site that can't handle a Damn,I Mean DANG thing,maybe MM should add a Church/Biblical Forum for the MM'ers that can't handle the Hunting Forums?

She didn't break a nail. When she got her tag we set her up with a Iverson built rifle in "Pink". I don't know if she was more excited over the pink gun or the elk tag.

Who cares as long as she keeps on hunting with you! It does a body good to see even the ladiest of lady's enjoying the outdoors!

Fat chance! She said her job was done once it hit the ground. Thats ok because there was plenty of us to get the rest done. Thanks for all the comments!

Thank you for all the comments. Done lots of hunting with my son and had a blast. To be able to help her get this nice bull was a one of the highlights of my life.

As a Daddy to two little girls and a son....this post is what it is all about!!! I can not wait to be able to take the girls out. My 8 year old wanted to go BAD this year. Thanks for the post!

Thanks! LOL. She was shooting a Thompson Center Encore Custom stock carbon barrel in 7mm Ultra mag custom built by Steve Iverson. Awesome gun.
 
ERIC, THAT IS A GREAT LOOKING BULL ELK , I MYSELF WOULD NOT BE ANY HAPPIER TO SETTLE FOR ANYTHING ELSE !!!! CONGRATS TO YOUR DAUGHTER AND ALL OF THOSE INVOLVED IN LOCATING THAT GIANT BULL ELK . THANKS FOR SHARING .
 
For a father it doesnt get much better than that. My daughters do not hunt but my son and his wife do. My son just killed a 5x6 Sunday. To see him make the stalk and shot was just plain awesome.
Congratulations to you and your daughter. That is a great bull and you will never forget it.
 
Thanks for all the comments. I finished the video of the hunt, it is 23 mins of screaming bulls, AZ scenery and the hunt with a kill shot.
