So im sure everyone is familiar with this story by now. You know, the one with the guy up Currant Creek shooting at other hunters, arguing about whose mountain it is etc. I read some of the comments today about that story and found a uh. . .interesting comment. Check it out. Note the buffalo story.

"What is the history of Bucley's hunting licenses. First time out or 25 years out. How many hunt's has he been on? How 'bout the other guy or so called target. I bet if we had a better look into who these people are, we would have a clearer case to understand. If I was shooting ten yards from a guy's foot. I meant to do that. If I was shooting at a deer 300 yards away and missed 3 times. I would loose face with all that knew me. Unacceptable to shot and miss an animal at that distance. It should be a one shot one drop or don't shoot at the animal. I shot a walking buffalo in the ear like my guide asked me too. How many yards you ask? We walked off 275 and done nicely with a scoped 30.06. An experienced shooter and hunter knows exactly where his shots are going. Good luck to the Buckley Boy."

No no, this was just some dude that commented on the KSL story about his personal hunting experiences. Im trying to figure out why he is stating that a guide asked him to shoot a buffalo in the ear.
