I just wanted to inform you hunters out there that if you plan on getting your hide tanned, do not send it to Rocky Mountain Tanners. If you do you may not get it back. I sent my Elk hide to them last year from a 370 class bull and this August they wanted to send me another hide. That means they eather lost it or sold it on the open market for $250.00 or more. They paid me $10.00 for the raw hide and I got screwed. If you want to varify this call Rocky Mountain Tanners at 303-293-2882 or email [email protected]. I hait to see someone get ripped off like I did.
