Help with a Drop Camp?

I have a buddy that wants to go with his brother on a semi-guided drop camp hunt for elk. State doesn't matter all that much but he said to remember that he doesn't have alot of money. This would also be a gun hunt. Where would you guys suggest? I don't think it would matter to him if he were to shoot a 280 bull or a 370, it's more about the experience. I know Pred went on a good one in WY but I can't remember the name of the outfitter.

I believe she used a outfitter called Trailswest outfitters

You could try "Avalanche Outfitters" in Redstone, CO.
I've been hanging around in the area for the past season and previous summer, they're some good people who let a "flatlander" feel at home. I haven't booked them, but I'm getting to know them and they seem pretty fair and reasonable.
Real good down to earth people who will help ya out. Decent hunting area for deer and elk.

Give us a call or check out our webstite out. We run three drop camps in the West Elk's near gunnison (GMU 54) We operate our drop camps archery through second rifle season. tenderfoot-outfitters.com

Don't believe Sundeen does drop camps at Trails West. Although if yer bud can draw a 61 tag and find a local yocal to take him hunting he might be able to hunt the same country...
